The warranty period for Dafna furniture is 12 months, depending on the model and product category. A warranty of 12 to 36 months is provided exclusively for products of Japanese or European origin, as well as for rattan furniture. All transformation mechanisms and metal components are covered by a warranty of up to 12 months.

The warranty for upholstery materials depends on the type of fabric: eco-leather — up to 10,000 wear cycles, mesh fabrics — up to 5,000 wear cycles, textile upholstery — up to 7,000 wear cycles.

Each item undergoes a final quality check before delivery. This ensures that you receive reliable, safe, and long-lasting furniture. Return and Exchange Conditions

If a defect in the mechanism is discovered during the warranty period, you can contact us to request a repair. Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, the repair will be carried out free of charge. If the item cannot be restored, we will provide a replacement.

A return or exchange under warranty is possible in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, mechanical malfunctions, missing components or discrepancies with the stated product specifications. Items of proper quality, without any defects, are not subject to return or exchange under warranty, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Appendix No.1 to the Retail Trade Regulations).

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
