How to use cashback
Where can I use cashback?
Cashback can be used to purchase any products. If you place an order through the call center, tell the consultant that you want to use cashback. The specialist will check your balance and help apply it to the order.
How is cashback credited after using cashback?
Even if you paid for part of the order with cashback, you will still receive new cashback. It is credited on the amount actually paid with money after cashback has been applied.
How much cashback can I use?
You can use cashback to pay no more than 50% of the cart total for a single order.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
If the order is cancelled, the cashback used is fully returned to your bonus balance and becomes available to use again.
Does cashback expire?
No. Earned cashback does not expire and remains in your bonus account until it is used.
