Terms of Return and Exchange

  • Upon receiving your order, you have 24 hours to check the completeness, condition, and quality of the items. Аfter this period, claims related to the quantity of goods will not be accepted, except in cases of hidden defects.
  • If an order is refused without prior agreement and a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge a 20% fee of the order value to cover associated costs.
  • If the order is not accepted on the agreed date, we allow delivery rescheduling for up to 3 days. Alternatively, you may collect the item from our warehouse at your convenience.

When a Product Can Be Returned or Exchanged

A return or exchange is possible in the following cases:

  • The product is of inadequate quality.
  • The product is incomplete.
  • The product does not match the order (model, color, specifications, etc.).

According to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Appendix 1 to the Retail Trade Rules, Resolution No. 75 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 13.02.2003), products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

How long do I have to report a problem?

You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to check your order for accuracy and completeness. We recommend opening the package immediately and carefully inspecting the item. You also have up to 14 days to report any hidden defects (e.g., spring sagging, mechanical failure, welding issues). If such a defect is found, you are entitled to an exchange. A 12-month warranty applies to the mechanism. Claims regarding product quality will not be accepted after the warranty period expires.
