Dafna loyalty program rules for regular customers

"Dafna" chain of stores (hereinafter referred to as Rules)

 

General condition:

1.1. These Rules define the conditions and procedure for participation in the DAFNA loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the Program) for regular customers of the DAFNA showroom network. The Participant enters into a relationship with the Operator from the moment of registration in the Program, fully and unconditionally accepts these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and has the right to receive Privileges in accordance with these Rules. The Rules are posted on the Program website, DAFNA mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Mobile application), as well as in other sources at the discretion of the Operator. The full name of the program - DAFNA loyalty program - is determined by these rules.

1.2. The program works in the network of DAFNA showrooms (hereinafter referred to as "DAFNA" showrooms) in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as in dafna.uz online stores and the DAFNA application on IOS and Android devices. The program does not apply to DAFNA showrooms operating under franchise.

1.3. The program is valid from the moment of its launch until it is completely canceled by the decision of the Operator.

 

2. Terms and definitions:

The Program is a relationship in which the Member who purchases goods and/or services from the Operator using an online membership card of the type provided for in the Rules acquires the right to receive Privileges in accordance with these Rules. Questionnaire - information about the Client who wants to become a Program Participant, entered by the client during registration in the program in accordance with the Rules, or reported by the client. Participant is a natural person who has reached 16 years of age, is registered in the Program in accordance with these Rules and is the holder of the Participant's card. The Participant has the right to independently manage his Bonus account (accumulate/redeem Bonuses). Benefits - the ability to purchase goods and / or services from the operator with financial or non-financial benefits. Privileges can be provided by the delayed discount method - accumulation of Bonuses on the Participant's account for the purchase of goods and/or services from the Operator in accordance with the rules (if provided for in the Program Rules) and subsequent spending of the Bonuses collected by the Participant. Units of account that are the basis for calculating bonuses - to the Bonus account of the Participant for the purchase of goods and/or services from the Operator in accordance with the Rules, as well as when the Participants fulfill other conditions independently determined by the Operator, the amount of Calculated Bonuses is transferred by the Participant from the Operator can be used to get a discount on the purchase of goods and/or services, as well as other Benefits. Bonus account (also Account) is an account opened by the Operator in its information system in the name of the Participant at the time of registration in the Program in accordance with the Rules. The account is maintained in Bonuses. Bonuses are transferred to the Account and withdrawn from the Account when purchasing goods and/or services from the Operator using the Online Registration Card in accordance with the Rules. The account will be linked to the Participant's mobile phone number. Transactions are operations performed by the Participant using the Card, which are the basis for transferring Bonuses to the Bonus account or withdrawing Bonuses from the Participant's Bonus account in accordance with the Rules. Cashback is the return of part of the purchase price to the Bonus account in the form of Bonuses. It is measured both as a percentage of the amount of purchased goods and/or services and in the form of quantitative Bonuses determined by the Operator, as well as when the Participants fulfill other conditions that are the basis for independent calculation by the Operator. Loyalty Card (hereinafter referred to as the Card) is a card with a unique number that serves to identify the Program Participant when purchasing goods and/or services from the relevant Participating Operator in accordance with these Rules. The card allows you to collect and withdraw Bonuses. The program offers the following types.

Card: Virtual card.

The Call Center of the Program (hereinafter referred to as the Call Center) is the Program Support Center established by the Operator and is available to the Participants 24 hours a day by phone number 78 140 14 14, as well as through the feedback form. provides information and reference services on a website and mobile application. DAFNA mobile application (hereinafter referred to as Mobile application) is software installed (downloadable) on mobile devices (smartphone, tablet, etc.) based on IOS and Android platforms, which is designed to perform operations is a collection of data and commands. The owner of the copyright of the mobile application is the Operator. Operator - OOO "EMAN" LLC (registered: 000237 INN: 201348969. Legal address: 71 Sh.Rashidov street, Tashkent district, Almazor district, Republic of Uzbekistan). To have exclusive rights to manage and develop the Program and to ensure that benefits are provided to Program participants as provided for in the Rules. Verification code - a code sent to the Participant on the mobile phone number specified by the Participant when registering in the Program, the use of which is necessary to confirm that the Participant has performed certain actions, in particular, registering in the Program, changing the Participant's data, as well as in other cases requiring confirmation of operations on the relevant Participant's account. Program website - the Program website located on the Internet at dafna.uz/page/partnership. Notification - information transmitted to the Participant through one or more means (methods) of communication, including advertising content: it is a mobile phone or other means specified in the questionnaire.

Promotion - is an additional incentive or other event conducted by the Operator within the Program.

 

3. Registration in the program:

3.1. Participation in the program is voluntary. Any person who has reached the age of 16 (sixteen) at the time of registration in the program can be a participant.

3.2. To participate in the Program, you must register for the Program in accordance with these Rules.

3.3. Application for Virtual Card is required on the mobile app and there is no access fee.

3.4. When purchasing goods and/or services in the DAFNA network of showrooms, the Client who owns a Virtual Card must become a member of the Program and register in the Program, including the card registration by one of the following methods:

3.4.1. Subject to one of the conditions specified in clause 3.3. After completing all the actions provided for in this paragraph, the client is considered a registered Program participant and a Bonus account number is issued to him.

3.4.2. By filling out the Form in the "Login/Registration" section of the mobile application, checking the appropriate box and clicking the "Continue" button, the User confirms the clear, complete and unconditional acceptance of the Program rules. After completing the above steps, the Customer will send the Confirmation code to the mobile phone number specified in the Application by SMS, which the Customer must enter in the appropriate field of the Mobile application. After completing all the actions provided for in this paragraph, the client is considered a registered Program participant and a Bonus account number is issued to him.

3.5. When registering in the Program using one of the methods provided for in these Rules, the Participant gives his consent to the extensive processing of personal data specified in the following link: https://dafna.uz/page/public-offer.

 

4. Calculation of bonuses:

4.1. Bonuses are transferred to the Participant's Bonus account when purchasing goods and/or services from the Operator using a virtual card in accordance with the Program rules, as well as when the Participants fulfill other conditions, which are the basis for the transfer of bonuses, independently determined by the Operator .

4.2. Bonuses are credited to the Participant's account using any method of payment for goods and/or services performed with the Operator: cash, bank card and other available methods.

4.3. The operator himself presents goods for which bonuses are given and reserves the right to change the list of goods. Bonuses are not given to products with a discount of more than 10%, as well as to self-made armchair products.

4.4. Additional Bonuses may be given to Participants as part of promotions held by the Operator. The Operator can determine the list of goods/services and the number of additional Bonuses that will be transferred to the Participant's Bonus account when purchasing goods/services within the promotions.

4.5. In order to transfer bonuses to the account, the Participant must present a virtual card when purchasing goods from the Operator in DAFNA showrooms, before making payment for the purchase (before closing the check at the cash register). Bonuses will not be issued if the Participant does not present the Card.

4.6. The operator independently formulates the rules for the account of Bonuses for the purchase of goods and/or services in DAFNA showrooms made using a physical or Virtual card. Bonus calculation rules are posted on the Program website and Mobile application. You can also get information about bonus calculation rules by calling Call Center 1408.

4.7. From the moment these Rules are consolidated, namely 12/13/2023 (December thirteen, two thousand and twenty-three), the following Rules for calculating Basic Bonuses when making purchases of goods in DAFNA Showrooms with the presentation of a virtual Card are in effect: the client will receive a bonus in the amount of from 3% to 7%, the accrual percentage depends on the total amount spent by the client in DAFNA (below is the bonus accrual table).

4.8. The document confirming the Operator's obligation to credit Bonuses to the Participant's Bonus account is a cash receipt confirming the fact of purchase and the Card number. Appeals to the operator about non-calculation of Bonuses/incorrect calculation of Bonuses will be considered upon presentation of the above document.

4.9. When the Participant purchases (withdrawal) goods and/or services from the Operator using Bonuses to receive a discount, Bonuses are given in accordance with these Rules only for the part of the purchase paid in cash (cash or bank card).

4.10. When the Participant purchases goods and/or services from the Operator using Solfy's term payment limit as payment, Bonuses in accordance with these Rules are awarded only for a part of the purchase paid in cash (cash or bank card) in accordance with these Rules. (Except for term payment limit from Uzum Nasiya and Zoodpay).

4.11. When purchasing goods and/or services in accordance with these Rules, the Participant independently decides on the calculation or withdrawal of Bonuses and informs the cashier of the Operator/Partner about his decision before closing the check.

4.12. When making a transaction by placing an order through the application or website, bonuses are automatically transferred to the bonus account after the Participant receives the order.

4.13. Bonuses and rights granted to the Participant in connection with his participation in the Program may not be sold, transferred, given to another person or otherwise used in accordance with these Rules. Bonuses have no cash value and no monetary value.

4.14 Period of calculation of bonuses: - When making purchases in DAFNA showrooms by presenting a virtual card, Bonuses are transferred to the Bonus account on the day of such purchases.

 

5. Write-off of Bonuses:

5.1. Writing off Bonuses to receive a discount when a Member makes purchases of goods and/or services or receive discounts on promotions is possible upon presentation of a virtual Card with a special QR code in the DAFNA mobile application, and the Client must be registered as a Member, incl. must register the Card in accordance with these Rules.

5.2. The participant must inform the cashier of the DAFNA showroom about his desire to use the accrued Bonuses and the number of Bonuses that he wishes to write off when making a purchase before closing the cash receipt, while the Bonuses accrued earlier are written off first.

5.3. The validity period of Basic Bonuses is 12 (Twelve) calendar months. The validity period of Additional Bonuses is indicated by the Operator and can be either equal to or less than 12 (Twelve) calendar months.

5.4. The participant can use Bonuses to receive a discount when purchasing goods/services in DAFNA showrooms. In this case, the size of the discount is determined based on the calculation: 1 (one) Bonus is equal to 1 (one) sum. When a Participant uses Bonuses to receive a discount on the purchase of goods/services, the corresponding amount of Bonuses declared by the Participant for debiting is automatically debited from the Participant's Bonus account on the date the Participant makes a purchase.

5.5 When writing off Bonuses, the discount is distributed evenly across all goods in the receipt (except for goods for which there are restrictions on writing off Bonuses).

 

6. Return of goods purchased using the Card:

6.1. Exchange and return of goods purchased using the Card are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.2. When the Participant returns the goods / refuses the service to the Operator, Bonuses for such purchases are not awarded to the Participant, and if they were accrued, they are canceled (debited) from the Participant’s Bonus account.

6.3. In the event that the Participant returns to the Operator a product / refusal of a service, upon purchase of which Bonuses were written off from the Participant’s Bonus Account in the form of a discount on the purchase in accordance with the Rules, the previously written off amount of Bonuses must be returned to the Participant on the date of the operation of returning the goods / refusal of the service.

 

7. Other conditions:

7.1. The Participant is responsible for the correctness and reliability of the personal data specified by him when registering in the Program. If the personal data specified during registration in the Program changes, the Participant is obliged to notify the Operator by calling the Call Center (1408) or changing the data in the Mobile Application. Adverse consequences associated with failure to notify the Operator about changes in the Participant’s personal data specified in the Questionnaire rest entirely with the Participant.

7.2. The Program rules can be changed by the Operator at any time unilaterally. The Operator, at its own discretion, has the right to inform Participants about changes to the Rules by:

- posting information on the website dafna.uz, telegram channels https://t.me/Dafnamebel

- notifications in the DAFNA mobile application / telegram bot https://t.me/Dafna_mebel_bot

- telephone call and/or sending an electronic message, email or other method provided for by the Program Rules.

7.3. Responsibility for the safety of the virtual Card, as well as for unauthorized access of third parties to the Card, lies with the Participant. The Operator is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Membership Card by third parties.

7.4. The Operator has the right at any time to unilaterally terminate the participation of any Participant in the Program for any reason, including, but not limited to, if the Participant:

— does not comply with these Rules;

— abuses any Privileges provided to the Participant under the Program;

— provides false information or information that misleads the Operator or Partners;

— does not use the Card in accordance with the Rules within 12 (twelve) months from the date of its receipt.

In this case, the Operator notifies the Participant in advance at least 30 (thirty) days. The Operator, at its own discretion, has the right to inform the Participant by:

— telephone call and/or sending an electronic message, email or other method provided for by the Program Rules.

7.5. The Participant has the right to terminate participation in the Program at any time by sending a notice to the Operator, through a telephone call to the Call Center or in another convenient way, about termination of participation. The relevant Participant's participation in the Program will be considered terminated from the moment the Operator receives the Participant's notification.

7.6. The Participant undertakes to independently monitor the information about the Participant’s Bonus Account contained in the Mobile Application, Telegram bot, and also indicated on the receipt. If the Participant identifies a discrepancy in the information, he must report this to the Program Call Center.

7.7. In cases of termination of the participation of the relevant Participant in the Program on the grounds provided for in clause 7.4. and clause 7.5. of these Rules, previously accumulated Bonuses are cancelled. From the moment the Participant’s participation in the Program is terminated, the Card’s validity is terminated (the Card is blocked), and the Bonuses located on the Bonus Account of the corresponding Participant are automatically written off (cancelled). In this case, the Participant has no right to demand any compensation from the Operator, incl. in cash, written off (cancelled) Bonuses.

7.8. By registering in the Program and agreeing (accepting) the Rules in accordance with the terms of clause 3.4. of these Rules, the Participant agrees to receive notifications from the Operator provided for by these Rules, but reserves the right to refuse advertising notifications in one of the following ways: — by contacting the Call Center or other convenient method of communication.

7.9. The rules of promotions carried out by the Operator in DAFNA Furniture Stores can be found on special sections of the Site.

7.10. The operator may conduct additional promotions within the loyalty program. The Operator announces the upcoming Promotion, its conditions, persons entitled to participate in it, its terms and other information about the Promotion by placing it on the Program website. The terms and conditions of the promotion may be changed unilaterally by the Operator at its discretion.

 

8. Resolution of disputes within the framework of the program:

8.1. All disputes between the Operator and the Participant will be resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If the dispute between the Operator and the Participant cannot be resolved through negotiations, it will be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
