Potok Space: A Coworking Hub Where New Ideas Are Born
Modern coworking spaces have long since moved beyond being just workplaces. They are becoming points of attraction for people with diverse experiences and perspectives, places for communication, collaboration, and inspiration. One such project is Potok Space, a coworking environment created in collaboration with designer Shirin Karimova.
Coworking is more than just a place to work. It’s an environment where ideas are born, communities take shape, and people come seeking inspiration and new opportunities. That’s why we approached the interior design of Potok Space with particular care, understanding that it had to be universal: suitable for business meetings and negotiations, interviews and filming, informal conversations, and creative projects.
From the very first steps into Potok Space, it’s clear that this is not a standard office. Every element of the interior works toward a single idea combining coziness with modern style. We placed emphasis on soft furnishings and art chairs that immediately create a sense of relaxation and trust. Around them, we designed areas for communication and collaboration. Minimalist coffee tables maintain a sense of intimacy while also being convenient for working with a laptop, notes, or a cup of coffee.
Sofas played a special role in the project, forming islands of calm and rest. They balance the dynamic atmosphere of the space and help visitors switch modes: after intensive work, it’s easy to settle into a sofa, exchange ideas, or simply take a break.
We carefully curated the color palette. Warm browns and natural shades of the art chairs are paired with soft accents in the upholstered furniture. The interior combines neutral background solutions with vivid details that set the mood and highlight distinctive areas. This balance allows the space to feel both reserved and lively at the same time.
Particular attention was given to functional zones where concentration is key. Tables with comfortable heights and supportive chairs foster a working mindset, while the interior remains friendly and inviting. This is what makes Potok Space so versatile: it’s equally comfortable for a business meeting, recording an interview, or gathering a team for a brainstorming session.
For us, this project is about freedom and versatility about how furniture can do more than fill a space; it can shape moods and support the rhythm of modern life. Potok Space proves that a contemporary coworking environment can be not only functional but also inspiring. And in every project, we strive to ensure that design and comfort go hand in hand.
