From Concept to Completion: Furnishing the Shah Polan Hotel
In the hospitality industry, it is the details that shape the guest experience. Well-designed furniture becomes an integral part of the interior, creating a sense of comfort, functionality, and premium service. That is why, while working on the Shah Polan Hotel project, we paid close attention to every stage—from design to the production of custom case furniture for the guest rooms. Our goal was to ensure that every piece complemented the interior, was practical for everyday use, and reflected the hotel's modern aesthetic. The project features premium Hettich and Samet hardware, Commandor sliding systems, and a refined combination of white matte laminated board with Cordbridge Oak décor.
The kitchen units became one of the key elements of the project. Hettich push-to-open systems and drawer runners ensure effortless operation, while Samet hinges provide smooth and durable door movement. A distinctive feature is the integrated lighting concealed within the front panel groove—a subtle detail that adds warmth and creates a lighter, more inviting atmosphere in the evening.
For the bedrooms, we manufactured spacious wardrobes equipped with Commandor sliding systems and thoughtfully designed interiors featuring shelves, drawers, and hanging rails. Matching mirrored wardrobes were installed in the entrance areas, visually expanding the space while maintaining a clean, minimalist look.
The bedside cabinets, entrance console, and TV units combine functionality with elegant design. All pieces share a consistent aesthetic, featuring Hettich push-to-open mechanisms, lacquered glass fronts, and black metal legs that give the furniture a contemporary appearance.
Two vanity table designs were developed for different room layouts. Two- and three-room suites feature a model with shelving, an illuminated mirror, and storage drawers, while one-room suites are equipped with a more compact version featuring a wall-mounted mirror with soft backlighting.
The interior is completed with an upholstered entrance bench, a modular cabinet, and a writing desk with a side cabinet, all finished in the same material palette to create a cohesive and harmonious space.
The result is furniture that does more than simply furnish the rooms—it defines the atmosphere of Shah Polan Hotel: understated, contemporary, and thoughtfully crafted down to the finest detail.
