The Perfect Family Apartment Where Every Room Blends Practicality, Comfort, and Style
This project is an example of how custom-designed furniture can become the foundation of a spacious family home. Every piece was created specifically for this apartment—from the kitchen set to the storage systems in the living rooms, children’s room, and bedrooms. As a result, the interior feels cohesive, thoughtful, and highly functional.
The apartment includes two living rooms, each serving its own purpose.
The first living room is designed with a focus on storage and efficient organization. The TV area features a console and cabinet system made from ULTRADECOR chipboard. Closed storage keeps the space tidy, while high-quality HETTICH hardware ensures smooth and silent operation. In the same zone, a large dining table and comfortable chairs create an inviting place for family meals and gatherings.
The second living room has a more intimate atmosphere and is arranged using modular furniture that divides the area into functional sections. Across the room is a full-wall TV zone with a long console. Tall cabinets with ALUFRAME glass doors and internal lighting visually lighten the interior and add depth to the space.
The kitchen is designed as a highly practical workspace. The cabinetry is arranged along two walls, with upper cabinets extending to the ceiling to maximize storage. The fronts are made from the Frente and ALUFRAME collections, while the countertop is crafted from durable, safe HPL. Inside the cabinets, fittings from HETTICH and ITALIANA FERRAMENTA ensure smooth opening and long-lasting performance.
Special attention was given to the children’s room, divided into sleeping and study areas. The sleeping zone includes beds with lift-up mechanisms, offering extra storage for bedding and toys. The study area features a long desk, drawers, and wall-mounted cabinets—creating a space where children can study, play, and explore creativity comfortably.
The bedrooms are decorated in a soft, light palette that visually expands the rooms. The central element is a double bed with matching bedside tables. Built-in wardrobes, practical drawers, and a TV console combined with a vanity table complete the layout. The storage system is designed to make organization effortless, with mechanisms that operate smoothly and quietly. The second bedroom is furnished similarly at the client’s request, maintaining harmony and a unified design aesthetic throughout the home.
This project demonstrates how custom-made furniture can be more than simply part of the interior—it can define the way a family lives. Every detail was crafted with their habits, layout specifics, and long-term needs in mind. Here, furniture doesn’t just fill the space—it enhances daily life, supports work and rest, and makes the home feel truly lived in and loved.
