APEX Development Apartment Mock-Up, Space Designed for Comfortable Living
What makes an apartment truly feel like home? Not Pinterest trends, exclusive decor, or vintage pieces — but how the space works for its residents, adapting to their habits, routines, and lifestyle.
We created a mock-up apartment for APEX Development to showcase what living in a premium residential complex can look like. Here, you won’t find random choices — only thoughtful functionality, innovative materials, and time-tested hardware.
The living room sets the tone for the entire home, and that’s exactly where we began. We designed this space to feel light, efficient, and visually cohesive. The central feature is the TV zone, furnished with a wall-mounted console and storage cabinet made of Egger chipboard in the warm “Lincoln Walnut” finish. This shade adds depth and coziness, helping you unwind after a long day.
The hardware by Hettich elevates the furniture even further. Thanks to Quadro runners and Sensys hinges, drawers open and close with a single effortless touch — smooth, silent, and seamless. This is the signature DAFNA approach: to create furniture that combines aesthetics with genuine everyday comfort.
The kitchen — where mornings begin with breakfast and evenings end over tea with loved ones — received special attention. The cabinetry features MDF fronts by ULTRADECOR in the “Satin” finish, paired with “Lincoln Walnut” to maintain visual harmony with the living room. Behind the fronts is an ideal storage system, once again supported by Hettich hardware.
Another highlight of the kitchen is the premium HPL Slotex countertop. Resistant to moisture, scratches, and high temperatures, it can withstand any culinary experiment — all while looking elegant and refined.
In the bedroom, we focused on creating visual continuity, and the result speaks for itself. The bedside tables, floating vanity, and TV zone are crafted from the same materials used in the living room, tying the entire apartment together with a unified design language.
The wardrobe, finished in “Satin,” is equipped with Sensys 110° and 165° soft-closing hinges. Together with Quadro V6 runners, they ensure smooth, gentle movement of doors and drawers.
The built-in hallway wardrobe is an example of space efficiency: it doesn’t take up unnecessary room yet remains spacious and visually light. The materials echo the rest of the interior — Satin MDF and Lincoln Walnut chipboard — complemented by Sensys 95° hinges with soft close.
For the bathroom, we designed a custom floating vanity with a SlimeLine HPL countertop and drawers on Astro 5D runners. This streamlined construction is built to last, withstanding humidity and temperature changes without compromising appearance or durability.
The APEX Development apartment mock-up demonstrates once again how a personalized approach and quality materials can transform any space into a comfortable, functional living environment. This is exactly what we strive for in every turnkey project we create.
